About Me
My Educational Background
I completed my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, followed by Masters Degree in Space Sciences (with specialization in Astronomy and Astrophysics) and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing. I am also currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Quantum Artificial Intelligence, Research applied to Observational Astrophysics and Cosmology. My expertise areas include Computational Astrophysics, Space Sciences, Radio Astrophysics, Cosmology, Quantum AI, Quantum Algorithms Research, Big Data, Hybrid Computing Architectures, Machine & Deep Learning and Multidisciplinary Research. My Ph.D. involves application of state-of-the-art Hybrid Quantum-Classical Algorithms (Quantum AI and Quantum Machine Learning) for Discovery and Analysis of large scale structures in The Cosmic Web Data. For this research, I am learning and simultaneously applying my understanding in areas like Deep Neural Networks, Mathematical Structures to simulate Large Scale Cosmological Structures, Supervised, Semi-supervised and Self-supervised learning techniques for the analysis of 1st and 2nd order clustering of galaxies in the known observable universe. I am working with multiple experts in the associated fields and continuously trying to learn multiple scientific and technological disciplines to solve some important problems in Quantum Algorithm Applications and Research and current day Cosmology and Cosmic Cartography. To name a few areas I have recently explored, listing them here: Physics Based Neural Networks, Geometric Deep Learning (Graphs, Groups, Grids, Geodesics and Gauges), Manifold Learning, Manifold CNNs, Geodesic CNNs, etc.
My Research and Technology Experience
I have worked on 2 International Radio Telescopes and carried out scientific research in the field of Radio Astrophysics. I have worked in International Global R&D Centers of Fortune 100 MNCs & Analytics Centre of Excellence of Multinational Corporates. Worked for applied Research in Geoscience, Geophysics and Astrophysics Laboratories, Chemical and Material Physics Laboratories, Industrial Automation related Global R&D Centers involving Edge ML, Mesh Computing and Hybrid Computing Architectures, Supercomputing Laboratories and projects in Applied Statistics, Applied Software Engineering and Space Tech related ML/AI development.
My Product & Platform Engineering Experience
Developed and worked on multiple IPs in Engineering Analytics related Platform Development, Edge ML and Mesh Computing Algorithms. Also Managed R&D and Product Development teams for these products and platforms. Contributed to the development and engineering of a Code Analytics Platform and Product from scratch, along with working for Aerospace MNCs clientele and a Fortune 100 MNC in Oil and Gas for Software Architecture and Design Consultancy. Worked for Business Domains like: Automobile and Mining, Aerospace and Defense, Oil and Gas, Space Technology, Big 4 Consulting Firms, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, and Fintech clientele in the field of Distributed Computing, Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
My Hobbies
When I'm not at work, I love to play keyboard instruments and practice vocal Indian Classical Music. I have learnt the Gwalior Gharana Gayaki for some time, and aim to apply AI to the field of Computational Musicology and Computational Linguistics. I also love swimming and playing football & table tennis. I enjoy playing Chess and have participated and won National Level Chess Competitions.
My Favorite Things
I am practitioner of Yoga and Meditation and am fascinated by ancient Indian Philosophy. I love spirituality and try to explore the science of spirituality. Learning Sciences, Technology and Arts is my passion. Love tuning musical instruments and performing in music concerts. Quite fond of studying acoustic and music signals and applying AI and Quantum AI to music pattern recognition and analysis. Research Mindset is one of my key strengths.
